He has spent several years consulting with distressed and failing enterprises, implementing innovative cross-sector solutions with great success.
Dick has 40+ years in the maritime and aviation industries with a keen focus on cruise ship sale and purchase markets. He has financial interests in various vessels throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa. His vessels are responsible for charter and recovery works including the recovery of the famed sunken MS Costa Concordia.
With a wealth of experience in diverse industries, Katie has led successful ventures as a visionary entrepreneur. Over the course of 35 years, she has achieved remarkable milestones, spearheading the launch of a chain of medical spas, a private air charter company, and a business consulting firm. Her journey has honed her acumen in marketing, sales, and operations to an exceptional level. At her core, Katie remains an innovator, driven by a deep commitment to impeccable customer care. Her love for luxury travel further enriches her perspective and aligns perfectly with Storylines' vision and mission.
Paul is the Managing Director of Gelen Marine Ltd and has over 25 years of experience in ship building and conversions. He is a chartered Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with comprehensive experience in project management, engineering, design and ship construction. He is managing Storylines new build construction project and overseeing marine operations.
Horst has more than 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, as Head Investment, Finance & Treasury (CFO function) and in Investor Relations. In addition he setup multiple investment funds globally as well as developing creative derivative based funding solutions. He was a co-founder of the Club of Finance in Germany and instrumental in the installation of a sovereign family office in the Middle-East. Horst holds multiple academic degrees including an Executive MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, USA and is a member of the German Financial Analyst Society. Until recently he served on multiple advisory boards.
Dr. Martin has over 25 years of experience and will lead our Optimal Aging programs, aimed to protect and enhance the health and quality of life of our residents. He will also oversee; the compounding pharmacy, bio-identical hormone replacement, nutraceuticals, anti-aging cosmetics, medical and wellness services, and health insurance plans. He is developing Clean Air, Clean Food and Clean Water programs.
Milan has 25 years of work experience on all types of cruise vessels from large contemporary ships to small luxurious expedition vessels. He has received several recognitions for being an outstanding leader in hotel operations aboard ships. This vast knowledge and experience resulted in further advancing his career on new build projects, including being a site manager for a startup cruise line with the first two large ships being delivered and operated with great success.? Milan is proud to be a part of the Storylines ship construction team and he is excited to be creating a concept vessel that will not only be top of its class in all aspects. but is also a pioneer in creating new products and services.
Marite has been with the hotel and cruise Industries for 29 years. She has climbed the ladder of success by accepting progressive and rewarding challenges throughout her career. Marite has worked on cruise ships of all sizes where she gained vast experience in hotel operations including procurement of owners' supply and operational items. She has been part of leadership teams on large scale projects such as new build ships, relocations, refurbishments and conversions. Before joining the Storylines team, she worked as the Training Director and Property Head at the largest resort in the world with 7351 rooms where she brought services to the next level of success. At Storylines, one of her primary goals is to fulfill the requirements of the business by leveraging new technologies to reduce costs and waste.
Pasi brings over 35 years of cruise and shipbuilding experience to Storylines. He has held diverse roles within the cruise industry, from onboard and shore office management to various shipbuilding projects and advisory roles. Having worked previously with several major cruise operators, including start-ups for new fleets and launching into new regions, he brings knowledge and insights for redefining luxury hospitality for a global lifestyle at sea.
An experienced Captain with a demonstrated history of working in the leisure, travel and tourism industries. Skilled in GMDSS, Marine Safety, Maritime Safety, International Shipping, and Dynamic Positioning, he is well-versed in operations management and has extensive experience navigating in icy waters. His Master License is from Vinnuhaskulin.
Sofía brings over ten years of experience in the communications field across different sectors. With a background in education, languages and hospitality, she has worked and lived abroad most of her career. She spent the last four years managing guest relations as part of an international guest program within the luxury cruise industry. At the heart of Sofía’s engaging and attentive approach is her commitment to creativity and innovation in guest service strategies. Sofia speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
Alexandra has 13 years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. She graduated from the University of Westminster in London with a First Degree in Business and Tourism. After graduating, she was approached by a 5-star hotel in London to be their Sales and Marketing Manager. After working for different luxury hotel brands, she then had the opportunity to work for one of the biggest West End Theatre Companies in the UK. Alexandra’s biggest passion is traveling - she has lived in the UK, Spain, Malaysia and the USA.

She has accumulated extensive knowledge in employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and HR operations. Her extensive understanding of industry best practices, combined with a strategic outlook, enables her to entice outstanding talent that is in line with the mission and values of our Company.
Dr. Giannone has over 40 years of veterinary practice and ownership of five animal hospitals. He has demonstrated the leadership necessary to run a hospital and to create a safe, friendly and caring environment. He will lead our onboard veterinary team to assure that our resident pets receive the best quality care possible, whether for sickness or for wellness.
Dr. Vaughan Dabbs, DC, DABCO, is a seasoned Chiropractic Orthopedist with over 30 years of experience in spinal health, rehabilitation, and functional medicine. As the owner of a top chiropractic center, he specializes in treating spinal conditions, sports injuries, and neuropathy using advanced techniques and stem cell therapy. A former board member of Spine & Rehab of America, Dr. Dabbs also developed functional medicine programs for autoimmune disorders, weight management, and diabetes, aligning with Storylines' integrative healthcare mission.
Hampton is CEO and Managing Partner of the brand innovation and marketing consultancy, Tenet Partners. He oversees all practice areas and is involved in providing strategic direction to select clients. His expertise is in advising clients on how to best use their brand as a strat egic asset and a powerful leadership tool. He has completed Harvard Business School's Executive Training program.

Linda has been with TDoS since 2007. During that time, she has been part of projects with clients such as NCL, Oceania, Regent, Hurtigruten, Disney, Queen Mary and Titanic.
Linda is the department head for the FF&E Studio and is part of the project management team. She combines her passion for design and materials with her skills in client and team relations.
Linda’s background in residential and hotel design from her years abroad, and her extensive experience in the cruise industry lays a great foundation for a collaboration with Storylines to create a new and unique take on the residential cruise market.
Priti Martin brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of art, nature and beauty. Her role is to enhance sensory experiences on and off the ship. She also advises on women's programs and vegetarian menu items. Priti is involved with the art selection on the ship, overseeing visiting artist programs and organizing youth art classes. She also consults on nature experiences including plant and flower selection for the ship as well as nature excursions off the ship.
