Storylines Residential Ship Introduces Five New Unique Floor Plans

Changing consumer demand leads Storylines to release spacious new floor plans aimed at remote workers and families

Storylines private residence cruise line introduces a new collection of upscale homes at sea. The company has been primarily focused on providing more affordable entry level options into the condo ship market until this time, with the vast majority of units for sale being studio and one bedroom homes in the 237 to 754 square foot range with starting prices around $350,000. However, the largest two story penthouse residences at 1529 square feet and $8M were in short supply and there were many consumer requests for intermediate two and three bedroom options.

In response, Storylines has now reconfigured some smaller residences to create 84 new larger homes ranging from 909-1417 sq ft, with purchasing options starting from $2,455,000. The residential cruise line now offers an extensive variety of floorplan options to meet various lifestyle needs and budgets. 

“We have seen a very strong demand for bigger residences around 1000sf and up from savvy business professionals everywhere, so a rework of the residences and some more public space to accommodate was a logical move” said Alister Punton, Storylines Co-CEO.

The unique new residences include:

Imagine, a 909 square feet one bedroom two bathroom floorplan with waterfront home office to accommodate professional business executives.

Inspire, a 1,064 square feet two bedroom two bathroom home with oceanfront bedroom and bar with access to the balcony.

Envision, an 1,185 square feet two bedroom two bathroom home featuring an extra deep 368 square feet oceanfront balcony for additional indoor/outdoor living space and central island bar area.

Wonder, a 1,273 square feet two bedroom, two bathroom residence with double sized balcony, featuring a built-in outdoor bar and open plan living area with a large central bar overlooking the ocean.

Encore, a 1,417 square feet three bedroom, two bath home large enough to accommodate families, with a sprawling open floor plan for entertaining.
